It has been very interesting week indeed!
And here are some new numbers
Land is loosing it’s value VERY Quickly, and a crash will happen monday, and this is affecting
SLIB also. LL is releasing 36 new sims, just appeared to auction, and this will cause real
estate market to crash. It is a shame actually that this is happening.
Stock market is being researched, and i put in 2000L$ to there, portfolio value now being
2,153.91L$
Overally i’m quite happy of this week, except for land value going down, and fluctuating
really heavily. So i made a safe choice for the immediate liquidification number ![]()
By that number, SLIB HQ land alone has devalued by approximately 7,372L$.
REMEMBER that immediate liquidification value isn’t a real representative of the value, with
that price you get any sold.
More of a systematic approach will be taken into use this coming week, and infrastructure
is still heavily under construction, soon all parcels for sale will be searchable online.
